We’re looking for someone to take over our lease from Oct st, due to work. It’s a bd/1ba apartment at the Mass Ave, Cambridge. Rent is $ per month with heating and a private parking spot included. Perfect location with min walk to either Porter or Davis Sq, bus stop right outside, min bike to the Broad. We can optionally leave some furniture, including queen bed + mattress, sleeper sofa, bookshelf and some other items. (video is from previous tenant, our furniture is different)
