Hello - looking for a roommate who would like 2 unfurnished bedrooms and a private bath. Available immediately. Full access to laundry, kitchen, outdoor patio and private fenced back yard that also has an empty storage building. I pretty much live in my master bedroom so most of the house will feel like your own. I do have two friendly Boykin Spaniels which are always with me or kept separated from the rest of the house and in my room. Asking $ which includes all utilities as well.
