The room belongs to my son atm. The room will be unfurnished if liked I can keep a dresser in the room but overall unfurnished. He doesn't sleep in his room and as stated he goes back and forth so I would like to rent it out for a short period of time. Unless things really go smooth we can arrange for a longer period but atm I am thinking 6 months max! I’d like someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. To keep everything clear and professional, I require a written roommate agreement/contract to be signed before moving in.If you’re easygoing, responsible, and appreciate a respectful living arrangement, we’ll get along great!
