I am yr old single mom of one 9yr old son. I work solely from home and live on the Lake Nona Area for 5 years. We have one lbs female dog. We are looking to stay in the Lake Nona area as our current lease will end on . We keep yourselves, and are very well know in the neighborhood. We are looking for someone who is stable via employment and wants a stability in residence. Times are getting tuff and as a single person cutting cost is my priority.
