I have a spare bedroom w/ walk in closet for rent. My place is in a gated community near blackstone & Bullard. Single renter must be okay with having a cat around. Full time verifiable job or student is required. Shared kitchen, bath, indoor laundry, and living room. Month to month terms. The rent is $ a month (will prorate based on move in date), with a $ deposit. PG&E & water would be split and due after days residency.
