About me
Room available just miles from Texas State University with a bus stop on the corner. You’ll be renting one room in my -bath apartment. I work overnight and attend Barber College until pm M-F, so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. The apartment is on the bottom floor of a 4-unit complex with a large backyard and covered patio. Pet friendly and friendly. I have a sweet, kennel-trained 1-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who loves to play in the yard. Rent includes shared living spaces, and I’m looking for a respectful, quiet roommate who enjoys a positive living environment.
