Renting the second bedroom in my story townhouse. You would have your own private bathroom, access to kitchen and laundry. Everything updated, spacious, in a cute, quiet good neighborhood near us1 and Leonard in Port Saint Lucie. I’m a thirty year old male, very clean, quiet and respectful working professional. All I do is work, workout, and spend time with my dog and gaming when I’m home. Looking for someone who’s respectful, responsible, and clean. I do have a very friendly dog, and depending on the situation I could be open to you bringing a dog or cat. Private parking space, community pool and tennis courts, large enclosed courtyard and a small balcony for your room. Also room is currently furnished with a bed, dresser and tv. Rent will be eleven hundred monthly, which includes all utilities, cable, internet, etc. Would prefer a male but I’m open to females as well. Room will be available September first!
