Hi! I am a year old female looking to rent out my guest room for short term roommates. No cats or dogs, I have a shy dog that is not good with other animals. Room has a double bed, and nightstand- can fit other small furniture. My job is all over the place as a sales rep. Some days it’s wfh, some nights, some weekends visiting accounts and hosting events. Vegan, but meat is ok - please just be considerate of cleaning it up and taking trash out.
