Hello,I have a room with its own bathroom in a 2- bedroom townhouse, on the bus line, close to the Stadium District and major hospitals. There is laundry and dishwasher in the unit. I will be mostly gone so you'd have the garage when I'm not there (there's also free street parking). I'll be in town maybe once a weekend a month so you'd have your own place. My dogs will be gone, but may come for a night.
