Seeking a professional individual or student with whom to share my home.  I am a professional who often travels for work so I require someone responsible and trustworthy.  I am offering one of 2 rooms on the second floor.  Utilities and 1gb internet included.  This person will also have access to the community pool as well as the rest of the home including the back patio which includes a grill and fire pit. This home is a two-level single family home over square feet in size with a fenced in back yard so privacy will be no problem for the right person.  The home is located in the Indian Land area less than one-half mile from the NC/SC state line and close to Ballantyne. A deposit and lease agreement must be executed prior to move in. Also, looking for someone who is open to helping take care of my 3 awesome dogs (Shelties) on the rare occasion when I am out of town for work. So, if you’re a dog lover and want a great place to live in a quiet neighborhood please contact me.
