My creative area is set up in the garage but there is driveway parking. Lindum Station is 1.2 km away, basically a flat walk & local bus stops. Close to the Wynnum Plaza or the Foodworks complex. A short drive to the Wynnum/Manly eateries & waterfront. Manly creative markets each Sunday morning & the Jan Powers Markets one Saturday morning a month. Air-conditioning in the main part of the house, able to do two out of the three bedrooms during the hot days or nights.
