I live in a townhouse condo, I have an open room with carpet up stairs with a closet. Ready to be moved into. You have a bathroom right next to your room. Separate from my own. I have an open room space for another roommate. I will provide both spaces. Who ever comes first can choose what option works best for them. Room not available till September 1. All utilities are included. There is visitor parking I have 1 space for parking in front of the house. Just up front deposit which will be refunded if there isn’t any issues after you leave if not I will use that deposit to pay for damages. 5 mins from DC. Great for someone who work close by.
