I am transitioning back into the work force from temporary disability leave due to a work injury. I had just begun my job search when unfortunately, I received a day notice due to my landlord needing to make repairs and upgrades (terrible timing. I am ready and motivated to return to working full time in the service industry. I just need a place to stay while getting back on my feet.
Due to my lack of verifiable income, I am offering to pay months in advance. I am looking to rent for months. Hoping to find a landlord who is understanding of my circumstance, as I am approaching my move-out time and having an impossible time finding something.
