I’m moving to Santa Monica to start college at SMC, and I’m looking for a private room in a chill and respectful space.
A bit about me: • I’m responsible, tidy, and very independent. • I’m focused on school, so I appreciate peaceful, cozy environments. • I don’t smoke, party, or bring drama—I just want a place to rest, study, and feel at home.
I’m okay sharing a house or apartment, as long as I have my own room, but I’m totally fine sharing a bathroom if needed.
I’m very respectful of others’ space, and I enjoy calm, clean living. I get along with all kinds of people, and I’m open-minded, flexible, and kind-hearted.
