Hi, My name is Jennifer. I work in Graphic Design downtown and just purchased a full bathroom condo in a private gated community. I am less than 1 mile from Georgia Southern University, Walmart, Aldi and Target.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor. You would have the larger back bedroom with larger full bathroom. Walk in closet in bedroom and large closet in your bathroom. Washer/dryer in closet next to kitchen. I do have 1 doggo. No other pets allowed unless it’s a small critter. T mobile WiFi, water, trash electricity included in rent. Background check required with security deposit of $ to move in.
