Him I'm Tony... seeking a mature, professional, reliable and CLEAN male or female (no couples) to share bath + loft apartment in West Toluca Lake. I’ve lived here over years, which is why rent is not nearly as high as the average for this neighborhood. The fixtures in the apartment are not new, but well maintained. Also, management is very reliable when it comes to needed maintenance. I would prefer someone over , employed full-time, who doesn’t invite people over all the time.
