Bath Home in MesaI am looking for one roommate to fill the empty room in my home. I live with one other male, Jimmy, who is an Olympic weightlifter and fitness coach who mainly keeps to himself. The room is a larger space, , will come with a big closet, extra storage, and shared bathroom area. We have a open layout kitchen / living space that is available to everyone in the home and is a shared. Ideally looking for someone to sign a 1-year lease but will accomodate a month to month situation. Rent is $ per month + split utilities (historically rent has never exceeded $ total.)
