I am an incoming transfer student looking to sublease my unit at one of the ACC apartments near UCI for the Fall semester (September to late December), as I will be away from Irvine for the duration. You must be a female, and this unit is only eligible for sophomores up to graduate students. The unit I have is located at Vista Del Campo Norte, and it features a private bedroom and a private bathroom. You would have a female suite mate, but the bedroom and bathroom are private. You would be sharing the common space, such as the living area and kitchen. I am subleasing it for $ per month.
