Base rent is about $ per room plus utilities (utilities are split 3 ways), so total is around $ per month. I don’t think you will have to pay a security deposit, but that is up to the apartment complex. They are an independent company and very on top of things! They only allow applications in person not online.
Water, sewage, internet, valet trash are included. Electricity is not included and will be split three ways. Electricity is already set up through TECO.
Smaller bedroom (leads out to balcony w/ shared bathroom) and Master bedroom (has private bathroom and leads out to balcony) are up for grabs (first come first serve).
Brand new carpets in bedrooms and new appliances.
