I am looking to rent a room in northeast Reno.The room includes its own private bathroom and a small living space, and is downstairs and separate from the rest of the home so you have some privacy. I have one cat, but she doesn’t like other animals so no other pets will be allowed. The room is available on August 1st, but if you want to move in later I am happy to prorate rent. Deposit is equal to one month's rent. Utilities are not included - I estimate them to be about two hundred per person since it is a big house and only two of us will be living here.
