The trellised patio and fire pit, manicured lawn and shady trees are amenities, as is washer/dryer, tub/shower, piano, Roku tv, and equipped gourmet kitchen. Your private space is vinyl floored with a big window, optional air conditioner and nice big closet. It is fully furnished with towels and bed linens, a twin size bed, desk, side table/shelf. Wall decor is landscape, bird theme, and optional of course.I’m a care-giver counselor with family and work in Portland, commuting generally 5 days a week. Artist, peace activist, runner/hiker on trails.Looking for a quiet clean housemate who can pass criminal background check that our landlord requires. Temporary is okay!
