Hello my name is Carmen but everyone calls me cj. I’m looking for a roommate for my extra bedroom. The apartment itself has a full bathroom and washer and dryer is in unit. All updated appliances, so the fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. I just moved back here from Houston so I have only been in this apartment for one week. Currently the maintenance person is on vacation and I am waiting until next week to have some issues around the apartment addressed like the cut out section of drywall still there or the blinds being jacked up. I am a very clean person though, and I keep up with all the household chores. There’s plenty of cleaning supplies if you ever need it. I have a weird work schedule so I don’t get home until later. I am looking for someone who cleans after themselves and isn’t going to bring any drama home. Move in ready, first month rent is due sept. 1st.
