The house is square feet. You will have your own bedroom and closest, the bathroom will be shared with the other roommate. There is a in ground pool on the property looking to be fixes in the very near future. I don’t care for surprises and assuming you don’t want your rent price to change month to month, so currently your utilities will be tied into your rent.
