Housemate wanted to occupy bedroom with private bath (shared living spaces furnished)
Hi all! Looking for a housemate to take over a bath for approximately $ without utilities in Oxford Court near UCI.
I am a law student in Irvine who splits my time in San Diego on the weekends! Should be available August .
House/room for rent details:
- bath. I occupy the master bedroom.
- Additional bathroom downstairs (guest bathroom).
-Laundry downstaurs
-Parking available (2 spaces) in designated car port, and plenty of street parking with a City Permit.
-Small patio downstairs.
-Furnished living spaces downstairs.
-upstairs/bedroom is carpet, but downstairs is hardwood and tile!
-pet friendly, quiet neighborhood walking distance from UCI and nearby plazas.
- b available. The bathroom is directly across the room and private, however it is not connected to the bedroom.
A little bit about me and what I am looking for/would prefer in a housemate:
My name is Rin and I am a current law student that splits my time in Irvine and San Diego. I am often busy with school and my other hobbies, but pride myself in having a cozy and comforting space to come back to.
I would prefer a working professional or grad student with a similar lifestyle to myself. I do not drink or party really but am friendly. All genders and sexualities welcome!
Place is pet friendly, as I have ESA certified cats that are very friendly and well loved. Whenever I leave for the weekends they come with me as well!
My hobbies include yoga, wildlife photography, and birding! Please feel free to reach out if interested!
