Hi, I’m a thirtytwo yo woman looking for a clean, quiet roommate with no pets. I have two fixed, indoor only cats and their litter boxes stay in the garage. Looking for a non-smoker with a steady job. It is a two bed and single bath. The room is not furnished, but I have extra furniture to use if needed. I live ten minutes from base or downtown. I do a lot of cooking/meal prep and would be happy to cook extra for you. I have an elliptical, punching bag and am able to bring a guest to the gym. There is a washer/dryer and room for storage in the garage. Rent is $ ninehundredforty not including internet and utilities. First/last month rent and a security deposit would be paid at time of moving in.
