Hi, I’m Kaytlin. I recently bought a home near Valencia, UCF, and Full Sail, and I’m looking to rent out a room to someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
I work full-time and keep a pretty relaxed routine during the week. I’m not a partier and I like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I’m respectful of privacy and personal space, and I’d appreciate a roommate who’s the same way.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, rollerblading when the weather’s nice, and doing creative things like painting or small DIY crafts. The house has a calm vibe overall — a good place to focus, recharge, or just feel at home.
