I rent a 2 bedroom , 2 living room 2nd floor in a private house in the heart of beautiful Astoria. The house is only about 5 minutes away from the N and W train station the Astoria Blvd station and 8 minutes from the Astoria-Ditmars station. It’s close to a to a Target, TJ Maxx, Burlington, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and many many restaurants and cafes! The location is extremely safe and this has been my home for more than 6 years. I absolutely love living here. Although I have been living here on my own for many years, I thought it would be nice to get a compatible roommate. I am a quiet person and enjoy peace and structure in the home. I am looking for someone who is responsible, does not bring the party home, and wants a peaceful resting place as much as I do.
You will be renting the room and other areas of the house will be shared.
I am also looking for someone who is South Asian and preferably Muslim. If not Muslim, then someone vegetarian! Hope to chat soon with potential roommates. Thank you so much!
