Room for rent in bath home. Bath is shared with 1 other female. We work full time and The owner grooms dogs on weekends. Must be okay with dogs. They bark sometimes, but she never grooms before 9am. We enjoy our sleep.Rent includes utilites full house and yard privileges. Fire pit, hammock and veggie gardens.We have a seinor dog and parakeet in the home.Pets negotiable, the home has cat allergies so it will have to stay in the room.No smoking or drugs.Must work full time.
