Hello, I have a room for rent, room is approx and it has a closet. Just moved in and rent is utilities included. Bathroom is shared. Rooms are upstairs, kitchen living room in middle and laundry down stairs. * no deposit required but will sign an agreement to cover if damages are made and will not exceed $.
