I have the master bedroom that has a bathroom with walk in closet right in the bedroom. Internet is included which I have several tv services on the tv which could be added to another as well as laundry & a dishwasher in the unit. The unit also is bottom level YAY… No stairs. We have a pool, on gym, covered parking or street parking.
