Must be able to pass a credit check!I have a room on the first floor in a wonderful apartment right off of Artesia Boulevard in the North Redondo Beach area which will be available once your credit check is approved by the landlord and the lease is signed. It can be unfurnished or come with a futon and large desk. Many places you may want to visit daily (grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc.) are within walking distance. Pretty much anything you would want to shop for is within a ten minute drive.This unit has sole access to the patio and half of a garage is available for parking/storing items. We have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. There is plenty of space in the kitchen!The terms of the lease are yearly. I have the renters’ insurance covered. There is a RUBS fee, as well as gas, electric, and internet, which are all split . Pets are not allowed.In my opinion, the immediate neighbors are great and easy to get along with. I really love this area and would like to find someone who will enjoy it as well!
