About me
I'm Patrick, y/o single man and just arrived in Aventura a couple days ago from Chicago. I am a military veteran, and contractor. I have a y/o son who lives here with his Mom and I'm here for work and to be near him. I have more than one source of income, looking for a roommate, shared living space, a.k.a. a room to rent preferably in and around Aventura, or no more than min North or South, as I will be working on a project in Miami. 1 year lease is good for me, I'd like to keep me rent budget to less than $/mo.
