Large 4br home looking to rent a room to a clean, friendly lady. Utilities included up to a discussed amount. Furniture will be removed from room that is in picture. It’s a spacious 4 bedroom mobile home on a beautiful corner lot with a large porch, fire pit, parking, and your own space complete with sitting area, and private bathroom. I too have my own space on the other side of the home, and rarely use anything on your corner of the home. I am disabled and a wheelchair user with an autoimmune disease. I do not have a lot of energy to spare so I’m usually in my room. I will warn anyone interested that I am meticulously clean, and expect anyone entering my home to also be very clean. Very LGBTQ friendly 😊 sorry, no pets.
