I have a potential one bedroom for rent with a bathroom connected to the room. The room is on the first floor so the bathroom is occasionally used for guests as well. But I am willing to discuss concerns with the potential tenant. There is a shared living space, kitchen, and office as well. I have a bedroom of my own. Everything else is communal. I do have three cats. I know everyone says this but they are truly the most friendly cats ever! They love to cuddle everyone!
