Hi, my name is Susanne. I’m years old. I recently graduated from UTC, and I am moving to Knoxville for law school. I am sub leasing the extra bedroom in my 2 bed condo. It is a private bed and private bath. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. I have extra furniture, so it can be furnished with queen bed/dresser/nightstand (not the ones pictured) unless you prefer your own furniture. No pets. It is about minutes from UTK. It is $ a month (plus utilities that are split w me!) month lease (renewable after that)
