About me

We have a beautiful big family home located in Stokes Valley. My husband & I are semi retired and have moved to our holiday home. My nineteen yr old son and a flat mate are renting at the property upstairs but we do have three rooms available as my eldest son is away in Christchurch for university. We recently renovated downstairs to have its own small kitchen and living area. The two tenants downstairs will have their own bathroom and privacy as the tenants upstairs can enter from the back. We are non smoker with two small dogs so we could consider pets. We are self employed, love travelling & are foodie. My husband & I both work in banking & tour industry. We are looking for someone or an international student that is seeking a quiet space to live & treat our home as their own.
