I am a year old, my children are grown, live in a peaceful neighborhood in the Woodward area by River-park renting out a room, includes personal bathroom. Very peaceful!! I am an Engineer due to some unforeseen circumstances and a big house decided to Help out someone, I pay for all utilities etc…. Game room included
