Looking for someone to fill the lease and take over one of the bedrooms in a bath apartment. It is apart of the Mountain View Apartments. The rent is roughly a month all said and done. Utilities split cost roughly each. Parking can be arranged but is not inherently given. Rent for parking difffers a between uncovered and covered parking. The room becomes available at the end of July. Picture posted aren’t what the apartment will look like when you move in as certain pieces of furniture will go with leaving roommate.
