Hey I’m Joann ! I’m looking to rent out 2 other rooms in my house I’m usually in/out of the house daily . I keep the house clean/organized all the time and would ask that you do the same especially the common areas! I have a guest over a couple times per week, but overall the house is quiet during work hours.
