I have an unfurnished room available for $ a month on August 1st (Can be September 1st if still available by then). The deposit is $ and it would be a new 1 year lease you’d be signing on to! After I leave, there will be 3 girl roommates, all college aged so looking for around the same age! You’d be sharing the bathroom with someone moving in at the same time, so y’all can split on all the costs when you both move in.
