Hi there,
I’m looking for a one-bedroom or studio apartment in Manhattan or close to, for just myself, ideally with a 1-year lease. I’m starting at Baruch College this fall as a sophomore Finance student and would love to find a simple, comfortable space to call home.
I looked into student housing, but it’s not as affordable as I expected and I’m not looking for anything fancy. Just a clean and quiet place with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette would be perfect. My budget is around $ a month(room for negotiation).
A little about me: I’m a straight-A student, into sports and morning runs, and not the noisy type. I’m also close to landing a job in the city, so I’ll mostly be using the apartment just to sleep and study.
