Hi! My name is Gwendylan and I am looking for someone to take over my roommates lease. Our apartment is bath. It is sq.ft. The bathroom is large and has tons of cabinet space, enough for two to share even if it doesn’t sound ideal! The apartment is completely furnished except for the room. It has in-unit laundry, walk in closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex is about a 5 minute drive to Santa Fe with a bus stop out front! the complex also has a very nice pool, gym and outdoor courts and picnic areas.
