Hello everyone! I am looking for one female roommate to join me in this super cute bath in East Rock starting August 1st! I just signed the lease for one year and have posted the photos from Zillow below since I do not live there currently.A little about me: I am a y/o female coming from Colorado to start at the Yale School of Nursing. I love to hike, be outdoors, meet new friends, try new restaurants or hang out have some wine and watch movies 😊 I am also into plants and can’t wait to grow my collection in New Haven. I am very clean and respectful of shared spaces.About the place: rent is total of $ which would be split 2 ways. This does not include utilities (gas, wifi, or electric). Unfortunately they do not allow pets at this time. The landlord is currently renovating it so it would be a new kitchen, appliances and bathtub! Washer dryer is in unit. We get one off street parking spot. Since it is a 3 bedroom, I would love to work together to find a creative way to make it cute space or put 2 desks in there. I have received a virtual tour from a realtor and have these lovely photos of the apartment above the one for rent since it is under renovation.
