Hi! I’m Eric—I work full-time in the dental industry. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me paddle boarding, biking, hiking, or hitting the gym. I enjoy staying active and soaking up the sun whenever I can. I like to live a healthy lifestyle. My only current “roommate” is Maverick, my sweet chocolate lab.
At home, I’m extremely tidy, organized, and keep the space peaceful and clean. I’m looking for two responsible, working professionals to rent the guest bedrooms in this newly purchased home in Folsom.
• Two of the guest rooms are upstairs and would share a full bathroom only if both rooms were occupied. Rent for these rooms is $/month each (before utilities). If only one room was occupied and ended up having your own bathroom, then rent would be $:month (before utilities).
• The third available room is downstairs next to the downstairs communal full bathroom (only you would use this when someone downstairs doesn’t need it). Rent for that room is $/month (before utilities) as it is pretty much your own private bathroom.
I’m currently looking for two laid back, working professionals to fill the guest rooms. Ideally, you’re also busy with your career, financially responsible, and value a clean, respectful living environment.
