Hey, I'm Jude! I'm a clean and respectful roommate who has clear boundaries and communication. I'm looking for someone to move in with around August who is a cat lover, around my age, can consistently clean, and has good communication. I would prefer someone who is in the LGBTQ+ community, but I'm also open to allies. I will need proof of finances, including recent pay stubs and a stable job. I don't allow smoking inside, big parties without letting me know, or anyone with a pet. I have clear rules; if you cannot follow these, then don't message me.
