I want to rent a room with someone chill. I have $ and a dream, lol. I work overnight, wouldn't have it any other way tbh. I smoke outside unless allowed inside. I'm a creative person, I do a lot of artwork, content creation and gaming. I just need a room so that I can continue my work without obscene amounts of money.
