The University of South Florida (USF) is only four minutes away, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, along with Busch Gardens. The room features its own bathroom and a walk-in closet, and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Utilities such as water, electricity, and internet are included in the rent.Please note that the photos were taken before my roommate moved out and will be updated soon. The room still contains the shelves shown in the pictures, but they can be removed upon request.
