Hi! I’ve been at this property for about a year. It’s one large house that’s been split in half and the landlord is amazing.
I work from home so during the standard hours, I’d appreciate keeping the noise level moderate. Also, I have a cat! His name is Sebastian. He’s very friendly but can be a terror to plants so he stays in my office with the door closed at night or when he’s not watched.
The ideal situation for me with a roommate would be to meet you first verify we can get along and cohabitate, then show you the property, and discuss your income, monthly expenses, and the deposit.
