Newly retired Empty-Nester looking to fill 1 equal size of 2 bedrooms in Historic 3 story Trinity. 2 closets in bedroom, wood floors, split mini-vac heating/cooling.Beautiful Treelined private street. Neighbors are very considerate. Also I'm considering moving if not possible, hence the ad looking. There's a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, courtyard, basement for storage. No in unit laundry, no parking. smokers can be considered if outdoors, alcohol/noise is ok. 1 indoor cat, other pets allowed. no partying, or excessive parade of strangers from dating apps please. i'm quiet but enjoy company, dinners, visits from adult children or grandchildren.
