Renting a room in my condo, room is with private bathroom. It is furnished with queen size bed, TV, dresser and chair. Rent is $ a month and it includes WiFi and utilities. We would share kitchen and livingroom area. Community amenities include 2 pools and pickleboard court.Person must be able to pass background check as per HOA regulations and it takes about days for approval.
